Press On Nail Processing:
Currently all made to order press on nail orders take up to 7 business days. However, THIS IS JUST AN ESTIMATE. Due to the handmade nature of our product, we can not guarantee that your order will be shipped within this time frame.
Pressed Mystique is a ONE WOMAN OPERATION.
We hand make every press on nail set that leaves our facility. There are numerous factors that contribute to delays on processing, however, we always strive to create and pack your order in the 7 business day timeframe. Please know that all orders are very important to us and we work as diligently as possible to get every order out as quick as possible. All orders are fulfilled in the order they were received.

We use USPS to ship all of our orders. Below is the shipping timeframes based on USPS. You control your shipping speed. Choose the speed you would like USPS to deliver your package!
PLEASE NOTE SHIPPING IS NOT THE SAME AS PROCESSING.
All made to order press on nails currently take up to 7 business days in addition to shipping.
Shipping Timeframes Per USPS:
First Class: 3-5 Business Days
Priority Mail: 1-3 Business Days
Priority Mail Express: 1-2 Business Days

Once package has been picked up by USPS, a tracking number will be provided. Please make sure your order and address are correct. We are unable to edit shipping address or products once an order has been placed. We can cancel your order and you will need to place the order again. It is the purchaser's responsibility to enter the correct shipping address at checkout. Once a package has been marked "shipped" no changes can be made.
Pressed Mystique assumes no responsibility if the package is mailed to an incorrect address. No refunds will be issued.
*If your address cannot be verified by the shipping system, we cannot process your order and you will be issued a full refund.
If you still have not received your package after 1-2 business days from date of delivery, please contact USPS to report a lost package and open a case and obtain a case number. From there, they will launch an investigation to locate your package with the courier.
We are not responsible for any damaged products, lost packages, or missing items that occur during transit. There is no refund for shipping fees. Please contact your local USPS for further information regarding missing or lost packages. Once your order has shipped, we have no control over it.
Returned Packages:
Please note that the purchaser is responsible for inputting the correct shipping address.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered, Pressed Mystique is not responsible for returned packages. If by any reason the shipment is returned, (the shipping address is incorrect, the carrier is unable to locate the recipient, etc.); we will contact you by email to re-confirm the shipping address. The purchaser will be charged for shipping to remail the package to its proper destination (even if the order originally warranted free or reduced shipping). No refunds will be issued in the event that the package is returned.
Damages:
Pressed Mystique is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping nor required to issue a refund or replacement on these orders. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Take pictures as you may need them for a claim.
Lost and Stolen Packages:
Once package has been picked up be USPS and your tracking number has been provided, Pressed Mystique assumes no responsibility for lost or missing, or rejected packages and not required to issue refunds or replacements on these orders.
If your order was marked "delivered" by USPS and it's missing, check with your neighbors in case the package was delivered to the wrong address by mistake or contact your local post office. You may also file a claim directly with USPS at http://www.usps.com/help/claim.htm
